The process purifies the cellulose and changes its physical structure, turning it into viscose, a soft, lustrous fabric that is incredibly gentle on the skin. This process takes place within a closed loop, which recovers and reuses resources that are then not dispersed into the environment

Washing: Follow the instructions on the label carefully. Natural bamboo material could shrink up to 3-5% more than cotton, so it is recommended to shake the item thoroughly immediately after washing and before drying, and not to put it in the dryer.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We normally ship orders within 48/72 hours of receiving them. Orders within Europe have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 days. Once the order has been placed and payment has been received, orders are normally shipped within 2-4 days, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times are approximate and therefore not guaranteed.

RETURNS

Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day the goods are delivered.
