SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Orders are processed after payment has been received, within 48/72 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and unless otherwise indicated. Orders in Italy (excluding the islands), after processing, have a delivery time of approximately 2-3 working days, barring delays on the part of the courier, therefore delivery times are indicative and therefore not guaranteed.
We strive to keep the webshop stock up to date. However, in the event that a product is no longer in stock, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible and the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible.
In the event that a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (incorrectly provided by the customer) or in the event that the parcel is not picked up by the customer at the pick-up location, after failed attempts at home delivery, the cost of returning the parcel to the sender will be charged to the recipient.
To ensure rapid order processing, no changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been placed and confirmed.
For shipments to foreign countries, any customs duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
RETURN
Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day the goods are delivered.
How to request a return through our self-service portal:
You can submit a return request directly from your customer account on our website. Here's how:
- Select the order: Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.

Select the items: If your order includes multiple items, select the ones you wish to return.

Reason for return: Select the reason for your return and, if you'd like, add a note for our team.

Submit: Click on " Request a Return."
What happens next? If your request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and (if applicable) a return label. Once we have received and inspected the package, we will process your refund according to the timeline outlined in our policy.
Carefully pack all items you wish to return. Return the items in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging with all labels intact.
For Italy and San Marino, the cost is €5.95; for other countries, the cost of shipping the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
For international returns, any import or administrative (customs) fees that may be charged for the import of returned goods will be deducted from the refund.
If returned items are not received in their original condition, we may deduct a portion from the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please place a new order and proceed with returning the items you wish to exchange, following the same procedure outlined above.
