Information on refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item to us.
Please note that BAMBOOM does not offer free returns: for Italy and San Marino the cost is €5.95 and the return is organized by Bamboom, for other countries the cost and sending of the goods is the responsibility of the customers.
*In the case of promotions involving a product giveaway, by making a return that brings the total value of your order to an amount below the promotion threshold, you must also return the giveaway.
How to request a return through our self-service portal:
You can submit a return request directly from your customer account on our website. Here's how:
- Select the order: Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.

Select the items: If your order includes multiple items, select the ones you wish to return.

Reason for return: Select the reason for your return and, if you'd like, add a note for our team.

Submit: Click on " Request a Return."
What happens next? If your request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and (if applicable) a return label. Once we have received and inspected the package, we will process your refund according to the timeline outlined in our policy.
Carefully pack all items you wish to return. Return the items in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
For Italy and San Marino, the cost is €5.95; for other countries, the cost of shipping the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
For international returns, any import duties or administrative fees (customs) that may be charged for the import of returned goods will be deducted from the refund.
If returned items are not received in their original condition, we may deduct a portion from the refund.
Refunds
In the event of a return, we will refund the cost of the purchased products, minus any shipping costs and the cost of the return.
We will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned package at our warehouse. We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange using the same procedure described above.
