Shipping and Delivery

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse using the following courier: GLS.


Below you can find your country and shipping information.

Italy and San Marino: free shipping on orders over€60; for orders under €60, shipping costs are €5.95

Zone 1: free shipping on orders over €60;fororders under €60,shipping costsare €5.95. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Monaco, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary. Zone 2 Shipping costs €9.95:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Sweden. Zone 2+ Shipping costs €14.95:
UK, Switzerland Zone 3 Shipping costs €30.00
Canary Islands, Balearic Islands. Zone 4 Shipping costs €80.00
Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates. Zone 5 Shipping costs €60.00
Japan.

Delivery and cancellation

Once you have placed your order, BAMBOOM will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been shipped. International shipments may be delayed if the package is held at customs. For shipments to foreign countries, any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
To ensure efficient and prompt order fulfillment, no changes or cancellations can be made, so please ensure that your personal information and selected items are accurate at the time of payment. If you have any questions about the above information, please contact logistics@bamboom.it. If you buy with Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. Please note that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and that you authorize such transfer.


Shipping and delivery times

Orders are processed after payment has been received, within 48/72 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and unless otherwise indicated.  Orders in Italy (excluding the islands), after processing, have a delivery time of approximately 2-3 working days, barring delays on the part of the courier, therefore delivery times are indicative and therefore not guaranteed.
Orders in Europe have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and unless otherwise indicated), barring delays on the part of the courier, therefore delivery times are indicative and therefore not guaranteed. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (entered by the customer) or is not collected at the collection point, in the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the package will be deposited at the nearest collection point. The customer will receive a communication from the courier with all the instructions. 
If the package is not collected and is returned to the sender, the related costs will be charged to the recipient.
