The Gift Card is issued in digital version only, it is not a product but a service offered by Bamboom.
Once purchased, you will shortly receive the code by e-mail: the code will be valid for 12 months from the time of issuance.
The above Gift Card can only be used for purchases on bamboom.co.uk.
It cannot be converted to cash or credit on account, even in part. It cannot be refunded if it is lost or if it is not used in the 12 months of validity. Payment by the card can be made in solution until the amount of the card is reached and if necessary can be supplemented by different means of payment.
Delivery and Returns
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We normally ship orders within 48/72 hours of receiving them. Orders within Europe have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 days. Once the order has been placed and payment has been received, orders are normally shipped within 2-4 days, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times are approximate and therefore not guaranteed.
RETURNS
Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day the goods are delivered.
To request a return, fill out the formhere. We will arrange for the goods to be collected from the address provided and will then contact you to confirm the collection booking (within 24/48 hours of your request).
