What is the delivery time? Can it be tracked?
We ship orders within 48/72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving payment. You can check the delivery terms at thislink.Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email, followed by a second email with your receipt. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email directly from the courier containing all the shipping information, including the tracking number.
How can I wash this garment?
Carefully follow the instructions on the label. The natural bamboo material may shrink up to 3-5% more than cotton. It is therefore recommended to shake the item thoroughly immediately after washing and before drying. Do not tumble dry.

The maximum age varies from product to product. You can see the sizes we have available for each item on the website.
Clothing: 0-0M = 44-48 cm, 1M = 50-56 cm, 3M = 62 cm, 6M = 68 cm, 9M = 74-80 cm, 18M = 86-92 cm, 36M= 98-104 cm
Booties: One size = 0-6M
Hats: S=0-4M, M=5-8M, L= from 9 months to 2/3 years of age
Bathrobe:
2-4 years = length: 57cm , width 36 cm
4-6 years = length: 70 cm, width: 42 cm
Poncho:0-2 years = length 47cm , width 45cm
2-4 years = length 53 cm, width 57 cm
Footmuff:
Igloo New Born = length 78 cm, width 40 cm

How and when to use the Bamboom Sling?
The material is elastic enough to ensure your baby's comfort, but less elastic than normal jersey, thus providing maximum safety and support. The Sling can be used in all seasons, thanks to the breathable and thermal properties of the soft, natural bamboo fiber.

Where are the products made?
Bamboom is an Italian company and almost all products are made in-house in Italy. The origin of the product is indicated on the label as well as the washing instructions for the product. We have chosen to move some production out of Italy, but always maintaining our high quality standards.
