General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions govern the online purchase of Bamboom brand products made through our Website by end consumers who are natural persons of legal age and not for commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activities.
By using the Website and completing an order, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy in their entirety.
2. INFORMATION AND PRICES ON THE WEBSITE
The images, descriptions, information, and prices on the Website constitute a mere invitation to purchase pursuant to Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code and do not represent an offer to the public. The contract is considered finalised only upon confirmation of the order sent by email by Bamboom.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders that are abnormal, non-compliant, or exceed the normal availability of the Products, as well as to correct any material errors (including price, description, and stock) before sending the order confirmation.
3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The Customer selects the desired products and completes the order by following the checkout procedure. After submission, the system will send an automatic confirmation email containing the purchase details, order number, and cost summary, which constitutes the formal order confirmation and the formation of the sales contract.
If one or more Products are unavailable, the Seller will inform the Customer and proceed with a full or partial refund, as appropriate.
4. PRICES
All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are calculated and indicated separately before order confirmation and are borne by the Customer, except for promotions expressly indicated on the Website. The final price is the one displayed and confirmed at the time the order is placed.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is made at the time of ordering using the methods available at checkout:
- Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
- American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Giropay
- iDeal
The order will be processed after payment has been received.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is made by couriers chosen by the Seller.
Order processing times start from the moment payment is registered.
Orders destined for Italy (excluding the islands), after processing, are generally shipped within 48/72 hours on working days, with estimated delivery in 2-3 working days.
For orders to Europe, delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, subject to possible delays by the carrier.
All delivery terms indicated on the Website, at the time of ordering or subsequently communicated, are indicative only and not essential. Any delays in shipment or delivery, not attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Seller, shall in no case constitute grounds for termination of the contract, nor shall they give rise to compensation, indemnity, refunds, or penalties of any kind.
The risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the Products passes to the Customer upon physical delivery to the address indicated in the order. In the event of an incorrect, incomplete, or missing address, or failure to collect the package, all related costs (storage, redelivery, return to sender) will be borne in full by the Customer.
7. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
In accordance with current legislation (Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005), the legal warranty of conformity is valid for 24 months from the date of delivery.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer is required to notify the Seller in writing within 2 months of discovering the defect, providing the purchase code indicated in the order confirmation email and a description of the problem, with appropriate photographic documentation attached.
The Seller is not liable for defects resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow the instructions for use on the label.
8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. Withdrawal is excluded for:
- customized or tailor-made products;
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons if opened after delivery.
The Product must be returned intact, unused, complete with labels and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

9. RETURN TIMES AND METHODS
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Customer is required to return the Products to the Seller within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with the procedures indicated by the Seller.
The direct costs of returning the Products shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated or promoted by the Seller.
Specifically, the collection of the goods will be scheduled at the address indicated and confirmation of the booking will be communicated within 24/48 hours of the request; the shipping costs for the return are borne by the Customer. For Italy and San Marino, the amount is €5.95, while for other countries the costs vary depending on the destination.
For returns from abroad, any import charges or administrative costs (such as customs duties) associated with the return of the products will be deducted from the refund.
10. REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
Once the returned Products have been received, the Seller will carry out the necessary checks to ensure compliance with the return conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions. If the outcome is positive, the Customer will receive an email notification of acceptance of the return and the Seller will refund the payments received using the same means of payment used by the Customer, with the exception of shipping and return costs. The refund will be made by the Seller within 7 days of receipt of the product.
11. SIZE OR ITEM EXCHANGE
Bamboom does not exchange sizes for any products purchased through the Website. If the Customer wishes to receive a different size than the one purchased, they must place a new order on the Website.
In any case, the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity remain unchanged.
12. GIFT CARDS AND GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Cards can only be purchased and used on the Website by the expiration date indicated. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. The Seller is not liable in the event of theft, loss, or unauthorized use.
13. SALE AND END-OF-LINE PRODUCTS
Sale items or end-of-line products may be available in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
14. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes cannot be combined, unless otherwise specified, and cannot be converted into cash. The Seller reserves the right to deactivate promotional codes in the event of improper or fraudulent use.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall in no event be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, damage to reputation, or prejudice of any kind arising from the purchase and/or use of the Products.
In any case, the Seller's liability, for any reason whatsoever, shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the individual Product purchased.
16. COMMUNICATIONS
Communications are sent via email or through the Website and are legally binding.
In the event of complaints or reports relating to Bamboom products, we invite the Customer to communicate this via theappropriate form.
17. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and our Privacy Policy published on the Website.
18. CORRECT USE OF THE PRODUCTS
The Products are intended exclusively for personal and domestic use. The Seller shall not be liable for damage to persons or property resulting from improper use, use that does not comply with the normal intended use of the Product or the instructions on the label, including washing and safety instructions.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing the contract due to force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural events, fires, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions, shortages of raw materials, measures taken by the authorities, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Seller.
20. USE OF THE SITE BY MINORS
The purchase of Products through the Website is permitted only to persons of legal age. Any use of the Website by minors must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
21. WEBSITE MALFUNCTIONS
The Seller does not guarantee that the Website will be free from errors, interruptions, or malfunctions and cannot be held liable for any temporary disruptions, display errors, delays, or interruptions in transactions that are not directly attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, text, images, photographs, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Bamboom S.r.l. or the respective rights holders.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use without written permission is prohibited.
23. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract is governed by Italian law. For Consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the Court of Turin shall have jurisdiction.
Consumers in the European Union may refer to the European Commission's ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
24. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions by publishing a new version on the Website. The changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website and will apply to orders placed after that date.
