Terms and conditions of service
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers with Bamboom ltd. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with Bamboom ltd and agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. We may change the terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you place an order will not affect that order unless we are required by law to make the change. Bamboom is designed and distributed by Bamboom Ltd.

Payment is charged at the time of ordering.
No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge more than the amount approved by you.
The order will be shipped once payment is received.
DISCOUNT CODES and PROMOTIONS
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or reused. If through the use of a discount code you arrive below the threshold useful for free shipping, it will be automatically applied because the amount actually spent is less. Active promotions on the site that provide gifts or special extra discounts cannot be combined with each other.
In the case of promotions that provide a free gift of a product, by making a return that brings the total value of your order to an amount below the promotion threshold, you will also have to return the free gift.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Orders are processed after receipt of payment, within 48/72 hours from Monday to Friday excluding holidays and unless otherwise specified.
Orders in Italy (excluding islands), after processing, have a delivery time of about 2-3 working days, unless delayed by the courier, so delivery times are approximate and therefore not guaranteed.
Orders in Europe have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays and unless otherwise specified), unless delayed by the courier, so delivery times are approximate and therefore not guaranteed.
In the event that a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (incorrectly provided by the customer) or in the event that the parcel is not picked up by the customer at the pickup location after failed attempts at home delivery, the cost of returning the parcel to the sender will be charged to the recipient.
To ensure rapid order processing, no changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been placed and confirmed.
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
RETURN
Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day the goods are delivered.
How to request a return through our self-service portal:
You can submit a return request directly from your customer account on our website. Here's how:
- Select the order: Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.

Reason for return: Select the reason for your return and, if you'd like, add a note for our team.

What happens next? If your request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and (if applicable) a return label. Once we have received and inspected the package, we will process your refund according to the timeline outlined in our policy.
Carefully pack all items you wish to return. Return the items in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
For Italy and San Marino, the cost is €5.95; for other countries, the cost of shipping the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
For international returns, any import or administrative (customs) fees that may be charged for the import of returned goods will be deducted from the refund.
If returned items are not received in their original condition, we may deduct a portion from the refund.
Refunds
In the event of a return, we will refund the cost of the purchased products, minus any shipping costs and the cost of the return.
We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned package at our warehouse. We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange using the same procedure outlined above.

If the product was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the store directly.
