If you wish to file a complaint about a product, please follow the guidelines below.

Product purchased from our online store Bamboom.it

Please submit your complaint along with your order number and some photos of the product. We will resolve your issue within a few business days.

If you received the wrong order or product, send an email tocustomercare@bamboom.it

Product purchased from a retail store
You can submit a complaint directly to the store where the product was purchased.

Product received as a gift
If the gift was purchased from our online store, you can submit a complaint with the order number and some photos of the product.

If the gift was purchased at a retail store, you can submit your complaint directly to the store.

Further information
If your complaint is justified, you may receive an exchange, a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed within 7 days of the complaint being approved.
