The complaint can be submitted directly to the store where the product was purchased.

Product received as a gift
If the gift was purchased from our online store, you can submit a complaint with the order number and some images of the product.

If the gift was purchased in a retail store, you can submit your complaint directly to the store.

If your complaint is justified, you may receive a replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be made within 7 days of the complaint being approved.
