Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any item to us.

BAMBOOM does not offer free returns: for Italy and San Marino, the cost is €5.95; for other countries, the customer is responsible for the cost and shipping of the merchandise.

For promotions that include a free gift, if you return an item that brings the total value of your order below the promotion threshold, you must also return the free gift.

How to Request a Return Through Our Self-Service Portal

You can submit a return request directly from your customer account on our website. Here's how:

1. Select the order: Click on the order for which you want to request a return.

2. Choose the products: If your order includes multiple items, select the ones you want to return.

3. Explain the reason for the return: Select the reason for the return and, if you'd like, add a note for our team.

4. Submit: Click "Request a Return."

What happens next? If your request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions. Once we have received and inspected the package, we will process your refund according to the timeline outlined below.

Carefully pack all the items you wish to return: they must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

For international returns, any import fees or customs/administrative charges that may be assessed for the import of returned goods will be deducted from the refund. If the returned items are not received in their original condition, we may deduct an amount from the refund.

Refunds

In the event of a return, we will refund the cost of the products purchased, minus any shipping costs and the cost of the return. The refund will be issued within 7 days of our warehouse receiving the returned package, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Gearshift

We do not offer exchanges: if you would like an item in a different size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the item you wish to exchange by following the same procedure outlined above.
