Our rubber “ toys ” are made from natural materials. We recommend cleaning them with a damp cloth and mild soapy water at a temperature below 60°C. It is not necessary to boil or sterilize the “ toys,” as natural rubber has inherent antibacterial properties. If the customer still prefers to sterilize the product, they can immerse it in previously boiled water for 3–4 minutes, without letting it boil actively. Boiling or UV sterilization are not recommended, as they reduce the product’s lifespan.

Delivery and Returns
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We normally ship orders within 48/72 hours of receiving them. Orders within Europe have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 days. Once the order has been placed and payment has been received, orders are normally shipped within 2-4 days, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times are approximate and therefore not guaranteed.
RETURNS
Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day the goods are delivered.
