Product claims service

Dear Customer,

Quality is one of our top priorities at BAMBOOM, so we’re sorry to hear that some of our products didn’t meet your expectations. If you’d like to file a complaint about a product, please follow the guidelines below.

Product purchased from our online store Bamboom.it

You can submit your complaint with your order number and some photos of the product. We will resolve your issue within a few business days. If you received the wrong order or product, please send an email to customercare@bamboom.it

Product purchased from a retail store
The complaint can be submitted directly to the store where the product was purchased.

Product received as a gift
If the gift was purchased from our online store, you can submit a complaint with the order number and some photos of the product.

If the gift was purchased at a retail store, you can submit your claim directly to the store.

If your claim is valid, you may receive an exchange, a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 days of your claim being approved.
