In light of this commitment, we wish to inform you that the “Baby Nest Airflow” product, in the versions specified below, sold through the website www.bamboom.it and at authorized retailers, is subject to a recall campaign. As part of this campaign, purchasers will be provided, at no cost to them, with a repair kit to fix the product directly in their own homes. Please read the following carefully.

This notice contains essential information about the nature of the recall and explains the actions you must take immediately.

Product affected by the recall: Baby Nest Airflow (Item No. 929 - Item No. 276 - Item No. 276 KIT)

Why the product is subject to the recall campaign: Following periodic safety inspections of our products during everyday use, the following issues were identified:

· The handles of the Baby Nest, if not removed from the cradle before use, can be grabbed by the Child, posing a risk of entrapment and strangulation;

· The canopy, if not properly secured in its mountings or if the Child manages to pull it off, can be brought to the mouth by the newborn, resulting in a risk of suffocation;

· the cylindrical pillow (included in the model with Item No. 929): if the outer cover is damaged or accidentally opened, the internal filling may become accessible to the Child, posing a risk of suffocation due to ingestion of the material.

In light of the risks described above, Bamboom has deemed it necessary and appropriate to recall the product and implement a corrective measure, consisting of sending consumers a free repair kit containing: 1 cylindrical cushion without a zipper, 1 replacement pole for the canopy equipped with a fastening clip, along with the relevant assembly instructions, in order to eliminate the identified issues and restore the product’s full safety.

Immediate actions to take: Please immediately cease all use of the product and keep it out of the reach of children until the repair is complete. The corrective kit, containing the replacement parts and instructions for the proper handling of the handles, will be delivered free of charge to the address provided, with no cost or expense to the purchaser, including shipping costs. Detailed instructions for installing the kit and replacing the affected components are included in the document attached to this notice. The required steps are simple to perform, do not require any special skills, and can be completed in just a few minutes.

Once these simple repair steps are completed, the product will be fully safe again and can continue to be used with complete peace of mind. We want to reassure our customers: the well-being and safety of children are at the heart of everything we do.
