SHIPPING / DELIVERY
We normally ship orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) from receipt of payment. Orders in Europe have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 days. Once the order has been placed and payment received, orders are normally shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times are indicative and therefore not guaranteed.
We are committed to keeping the webshop stock up to date.
However, in the event that a product is no longer available, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible and the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible.
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (incorrectly provided by the customer) or in the event that the package is not collected by the customer at the pick-up location, after failed home delivery attempts, the costs for the return the sender will be charged to the recipient.
In the event that you decide to cancel the order, the costs incurred for the first shipment and any credit card charges will be deducted from the return payment.
The order will be shipped once payment has been received.
Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods. During the Christmas holidays, the purchased goods can be returned by January 31st.
You can exchange or return the goods by sending an e-mail to the domain: email@example.com informing us of your intention to return the goods. It must be kindly indicated:
- the order number
- your name and address
- the intention to exchange the goods or return them
- the reason for the return or exchange
Bamboom will reply to your email within 24-48 hours.
It is possible to follow all the further conditions of return and the instructions provided by Bamboom srl. For products at a discounted price in the SALE section, it is not possible to make returns.
Goods must be intact, unwashed and unused, with all tags intact. In the event of damage or traces of use, we are entitled to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund.
In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of the goods he wishes to return. If you decide to receive a replacement item, the delivery will be made free of charge for orders of a total of more than € 50 (only for Italy and San Marino), otherwise the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the consumer.
In the case of international returns, any import fees or administration (customs) fees that may be charged for the import of returned goods will be deducted from the return payment.
If the return instructions are followed carefully, Bamboom srl will refund the consumer for the items returned within 7 days of receiving the returns.
In the event that free shipping applied to your order, and the total amount of the order after returns is less than the minimum order amount eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.
