SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Normally we ship orders within 48 hours (from Monday to Friday excluding holidays) from receipt of payment. Orders in Europe have a delivery time of around 2-5 days. Once the order has been made and payment has been received, orders are normally shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times are indicative and therefore are not guaranteed.
We are committed to keeping the webshop stock up to date.
However, in the event that a product is no longer available, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible and the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible.
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (incorrectly provided by the customer) or if the package is not collected by the customer at the pick-up location, after unsuccessful attempts at home delivery, the costs for the return to the sender will be charged to the recipient.
In the event that it is decided to cancel the order, the costs incurred for the first shipment and any charges on the credit card will be deducted from the refund payment.
The order will be dispatched once payment is received.
Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods.
You can exchange or return the goods by sending an email on the domain: email@example.com informing us of the intention to return the goods. It must be kindly indicated:
- the order number
- your name and address
- the intention to change the goods or return them
- the reason for the return or exchange
Bamboom will reply to your email within 24-48 hours.
You can follow all the additional return conditions and the instructions provided by Bamboom srl.
The goods must be intact, unwashed and unused, with all labels intact. In case of damage or traces of use, we have the right to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund.
In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs (€ 5.95) of the goods he wishes to return. If you decide to receive a replacement item, delivery will be made free of charge for orders of a total of more than € 40, otherwise the shipping costs (€ 5.95) will be borne by the consumer.
In the case of international returns, any import charges or administration (customs) fees that may be charged for the import of returned goods will be deducted from the refund payment.
If the return instructions are followed carefully, Bamboom srl will reimburse the consumer for the items returned within 7 days of receiving the returns.
In the event that the free shipping applied to your order, and the total amount of the order after returns will be less than the minimum order amount eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.
NB: For products at a discounted price, SALE section, returns cannot be made.
